This is Lindsey & Bethany from Mindful Counseling, and we know there is so much going on in the world right now that is so confusing and scary. So we wanted to show you what telehealth or teletherapy could look like. 

Right now, insurance companies are opening up the possibility for us to be able to meet via video, and with so much unknown, we didn’t want this to feel unknown. So we thought we would jump on a call so you could see what it would look like.

What Do I Need for Online Therapy?

All you need for this to work is a phone, computer, or tablet with a strong internet connection. Your therapist will send you a link that you follow to get to this secure, confidential page, and it’s just a chat between the two of you. It actually feels pretty normal, and we’ve been really enjoying doing this.
