Bethany is grateful to sit with you in the unfolding of your story. She offers you a space to identify and reflect on what's important to you, and encourages curiosity in that exploration. Her approach invites you to explore how your body and mind communicate, and encourages a deeper understanding of the body's wisdom. She values compassion, curiosity, and honesty in the therapy setting, and offers you space to be your most authentic self in the therapeutic relationship.
Bethany specializes in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment to life changes, identity exploration, self-esteem, relationship issues, and sexual wellness. She is passionate about integrating the social, emotional, and physical aspects of the self.
Bethany is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. She graduated with a Masters degree in counseling from Cornerstone University in 2016. She also completed the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program in 2022.
