Embrace Your Body’s Wisdom
“Shame, for women, is this web of unobtainable, conflicting, competing expectations about who we’re supposed to be. And it’s a straight-jacket.”
Are you ready to break-out of what confines you and consider that perhaps:
You do not have to be perfect.
Your body is wise.
There is a way to begin embracing your whole self, including your body…
You do not have to do this alone.
Elsa and Jen, in creating Embrace Your Body’s Wisdom, have envisioned a safe community of learning and support for women to process their experiences as they begin to let go of the culture of “not good enough” that swirls around us. They will offer resources to consider new ways of choosing to nourish yourself, honor your body, and practice self-acceptance. This is a unique opportunity, in a small group with other women, to explore more mindful and self-compassionate ways of being in relationship to yourself and others.
“This group is a safe place of knowledge, peace, and love to untangle the conflicting messages in our culture and confront the automatic, harshly judgmental thoughts in our heads. This group is a place and time of re-birth and embracing our bodies and selves."

Areas covered include:
Ambivalence to Change
Rigid and Chaotic Thinking
"When women come together with common purpose, magic happens. I have seen it time and time again. Women get stronger together. As we courageously dismantle the outdated beliefs that hold us back, it is powerful to sit next to another and share moments of ‘me, too’. I look forward to connecting with the women who chose to join us in January.”
