I often greet the New Year holiday a feeling of overwhelm. A whole new year to fill; with joys and celebrations. A blank calendar, time, days, unknowns, and possibilities. Yet, baggage and shadows and memories, too.
The idea of “goal setting” for the new year can be motivating yet disappointing. It is easy to track back to old habits and ditch our aspirations. How about we try it a little differently this year…
You are invited to be a part of this specially designed yoga class which will give you space to reflect on 2016 and envision direction for 2017.
We will begin our class with a mindful vinyasa yoga flow to create space and energy in our bodies and minds. We will end with a mindful time of reflection and setting direction guided by journal prompts and meditation.
All are welcome, no experience necessary. Space is limited so be sure to sign up quickly!.
What to bring: a yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket and yoga block optional.
Time: There will be two classes offered. One from 9am to 10:15am and one from 11am to 12:15pm.
PLEASE NOTE: The 9:00am class is full but we would love to see you at the 11am!
