I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a passion for supporting adults and transitional-age youth (16+) as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in compassion, safety, and empowerment—because I believe that everyone deserves a space to be seen, heard, and supported just as they are.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from Spring Arbor University and a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University, where I earned a certification in Trauma Across the Lifespan. My clinical training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am currently a limited licensed clinical social worker and am nearing full licensure.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ community, people from both rural and urban settings, and those navigating complex cultural identities. I offer support for a variety of concerns, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-worth, boundaries, emotional regulation, and identity exploration.
In our work together, my goal is to help you connect with your inner resilience, develop meaningful coping strategies, and uncover the strength that already exists within you. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we move at your pace, honoring your story and your readiness.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or simply a safe space to process, I’m here to walk alongside you. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to connect.
