I believe all individuals have the capacity to heal, change, and grow. My role is to help you discover your most authentic self and strengthen your own resources so that you can live a fuller life. I work with adults across the lifespan and provide support navigating past or recent trauma, domestic violence, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration. Our work together could include exploring past experiences and relationships, including those from early childhood, and how they may be influencing current behaviors, feelings, and relationships.

My approach also includes awareness of how culture, systems, and identity inform your experience in the world and our work together. I understand everyone’s journey with therapy is unique. My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. I will work alongside you in a way that aligns with your preferences and needs because you are the expert of you.

I hold a Limited License Master of Social Work in the state of Michigan. I received a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from University of California Berkeley. I hold a Domestic Violence Advocacy Certification and have had the honor of working alongside individuals with experiences of domestic violence and/or sexual abuse. I work with and welcome clients of all backgrounds. My practice is LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and grounded in cultural humility.
