Therapists

Linnea Randall, LMSW

It takes courage to uncover the inner workings of who you are: your full range of emotions, the ways you think and act, and the memories you carry. It can be especially difficult to embrace these parts of ourselves in isolation, where shame tends to cloud our clarity. This is where therapy can be helpful, because it is within the context of trusting human connection where we best explore, express, and accept our authentic selves.

Linnea will offer a non-judgemental space where you will be invited to notice your patterns, emotions, defenses, and beliefs. As you stay present in this self-awareness, you will gradually begin to consider which patterns no longer serve you, reorient towards positive change, and embrace yourself and your circumstances more readily. With compassion and curiosity, Linnea will collaborate with you in the process of finding wholeness, hope, and healing.

Linnea is a licensed master’s level clinical social worker who has been working in mental health since 2016. She is trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Linnea has experience in the areas of trauma, grief and loss, terminal illness, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and gender and sexuality, among other things. Linnea is a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and welcomes people of all backgrounds.
