My work is rooted in the belief that your story, your pain, and your lived experience are uniquely yours. I approach therapy with curiosity and care, taking time to understand what you are going through and what has shaped you. My hope is that the work we do together feels meaningful and connected.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University in 2010. I work with adults and couples, and my approach is grounded in authenticity, humor, and compassion. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive conversation where you can show up as you are.

In 2025, I earned a certificate in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program. As a sex therapist, I am LGBTQ+ affirming and poly affirming, and I work with a wide range of sexual health and intimacy concerns, including desire discrepancies, shame, and the complexities of identity and connection. Since becoming a mom, I have developed a strong passion for supporting others through the raw, real, and often under discussed realities of motherhood. I have specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and work with issues related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional whirlwind of this season of life.

Other areas of focus include parenting stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, professional burnout, and healing from painful or traumatic experiences. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you in your hardest moments and help you find healing and clarity.
