Your story, your pain, and your human experience—it’s all uniquely yours. That means therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all either. Lindsey takes the time to really understand what you’re going through and why, so when change starts happening, it’s meaningful and lasting.

Lindsey is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University in 2010. She works primarily with adults, and her approach is grounded in authenticity, humor, and compassion. She believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive conversation—not a test you didn’t study for.

In 2025, Lindsey earned a certificate in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program. As a sex therapist, Lindsey is LGBTQ+ affirming and poly-affirming, and she works with a wide range of sexual health and intimacy concerns, including desire discrepancies, shame, and the complexities of identity and connection. If you’ve ever struggled to talk about “the stuff nobody talks about,” you’re in the right place.

Since becoming a mom, Lindsey has developed a strong passion for supporting others through the raw, real, and often under-discussed realities of motherhood. She has specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and works with issues related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional whirlwind of this season of life.

Other areas of focus include parenting stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, professional burnout, and healing from painful or traumatic experiences. Lindsey considers it an honor to walk alongside clients through their hardest moments and help them find healing and clarity.
