Kelly is passionate about creating a space where clients can show up genuinely as themselves each session. She understands the value of being heard and feeling seen, especially when exploring vulnerable emotions. Leaning into your strengths and skills is what Kelly helps center as she works with you to make meaningful change. Whether you're navigating familial or intimate relationships, seeking a deeper understanding of your sex life, learning new skills, or discovering fresh ways to communicate your boundaries, Kelly is here to support you every step of the way. As someone trained in restorative justice approaches, Kelly is committed to creating a space where all identities and cultures are centered, acknowledged, and respected.
Kelly works with clients who are interested in better understanding themselves and their relationships, and she offers support around issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sex, gender, and more. She has experience working with adolescents and young adults, and she tailors her approach to each client’s needs. In session, Kelly draws from an integrative therapeutic approach, incorporating motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other person-centered methods.
Kelly earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and completed a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care during her studies. She received her certificate in Sexuality Education and Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program in 2025.
