Grace is a Licensed Master of Social Work, holding an MSW and BA in Psychology from Michigan State University.
Grace is passionate about creating a collaborative therapeutic experience, acknowledging that you are the expert of your experience and the primary change agent in your life.
Grace works with children (8+), adolescents, teens, college students, and adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship & family challenges, emotional regulation, separation anxiety, life transitions, and identity development. She especially enjoys working with young adults as they navigate independence, life pressures, and finding their identity. Whether you’re seeking support, clarity, or personal growth, Grace is committed to partnering with you in the therapeutic process.
Grace’s approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based and somatic interventions, CBT, DBT-informed (skills-based interventions), I-CBT trained for use with OCD, and a Person-Centered framework. Treatment is tailored to each client’s developmental stage, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, insight, and building resilience.
Grace strives to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Therapy is a shared human experience in which we work together toward understanding, healing, and growth. Grace believes change happens through connection and collaboration.
