We aren’t meant to heal in isolation—growth happens through connection, reflection, and support. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about meeting each person in an authentic, human-to-human encounter where insight and transformation can naturally unfold. Erin strives to create a space where both therapist and client show up as real people, committed to vulnerability and honest exploration. Through this co-created experience, clients can examine, feel, grieve, celebrate, and integrate the complexities of their lives, leading to a fuller, more liberated way of being. Erin believes healing is not about “moving on,” “finding closure,” or suppressing emotions—it is about cultivating a new way of relating to what has happened, what it means, and how to hold it with truth and compassion. She works alongside her clients to turn toward their experiences with curiosity rather than avoidance, creating space for deeper self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
Drawing on a background in health and wellness, Erin understands that well-being is deeply interconnected with the environments we exist within—including the food we eat, the sensory input we receive, the air we breathe, and, most importantly, the relationships we cultivate. She recognizes that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process; rather, it requires honoring each person’s unique path and discovering what environment allows them to thrive.
Having navigated profound loss, identity shifts, and life’s unpredictable turns, Erin brings both clinical expertise and deep personal understanding into the therapeutic space. She holds immense gratitude for every individual who entrusts her with their healing process and is committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship
grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
Erin received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2019 and a Master of Social Work in 2025, both from Grand Valley State University. Erin has experience working with individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, interpersonal dynamics, identity concerns, life transitions, shame, andself-worth.
