Erica is particularly interested in helping people with relationship challenges, working with individuals and couples to navigate relational struggles and the complexities that often exist in intimate relationships.

With over 15 years of experience working in client-centered fields, Erica brings empathy, curiosity, and a seasoned appreciation for the human experience. Skilled in mind-body approaches, she helps people manage anxiety, process trauma, reclaim their voice, and reconnect to their body. Erica is also committed to helping her clients move through grief and life transitions, experience more peace, and grow in self-acceptance.

In working with Erica you can expect respect, insight, compassion, and authenticity as you build a healthy, productive therapeutic relationship that supports you in meeting your goals. Above all, she aims to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where people feel seen and heard.

Erica is currently completing a Master of Social Work degree at Spring Arbor University and has completed the Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

As an intern, Erica does not participate with any insurance plans but offers a sliding scale ranging from $25 to $50 per session.
