The journey of healing is a vulnerable process, and Sarah seeks to provide a safe, accepting environment for those who are willing to open themselves up to this growth. Believing that all humans are inherently worthy, Sarah will support you in uncovering this within yourself. She knows that there are many things that can get in the way of aligning with your core values and the life you desire, and she will support you in the learning and unlearning process that can help reconnect you with yourself.
Sarah graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Michigan State University in 2010. She is experienced primarily in individual work with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds. Sarah specializes in the areas of body image, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, grief, adjustment issues, and substance use concerns.
