“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy…” - Brené Brown
Codi believes that embracing our vulnerabilities is the greatest sign of strength and courage. Oftentimes life happens differently than expected, challenging the beliefs we hold about ourselves and leaving us with feelings of disappointment, self-doubt, and even shame. You might be finding it hard to move forward, to cope with the emotional pain, or to quiet your inner critic. Codi hopes to give her clients the space to process, heal, and rewrite their stories in ways that positively impact how they show up in their lives. Codi is honored to join her clients in the process of healing and living more authentically.
Codi graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Grand Valley after earning her bachelors in psychology from Grand Valley and spending 4 years serving families in Kent County.
